AOL will officially end support of their long time legendary browser on March 1st, 2008.
This means that there'll be no more Netscape.
In their FAQ page, the development team recommended Netscape users to port to Mozilla Firefox. Apparently, full support has been given by Netscape. Does this mean the people behind the Netscape browser are moving to Firefox?
Surprising? Not really. Netscape users have been declining over the years even after being taken over by AOL. Just like the demise of AOL browsers so goes Netscape. Guess AOL is bad luck after all. Too bad. So much for all the history and its long time war with Microsoft's Buggy Explorer.
Fellow Netscape users? Time to uninstall and port to Firefox ;)
